Add User Agent string option to Benchmark checks

We should include a User Agent string configuration option for Benchmark checks so that users can easily run Benchmark checks on mobile sites.

100% agree. We have big plans for the Benchmark checks, and the first step is to allow both User-Agent and ViewPort settings when configuring

I would also like to add screen size as well is important along with user agent since there are a lot of responsive websites that exclude resources from being downloaded at smaller viewport sizes.

This is a pretty important feature. Benchmarks are all but useless for mobile sites with the current setup.

Browsers react differently in regards to handling JS, http blocking time, etc.. being limited to Firefox severely limits the data available in regards to a benchmark system.
